Join us for a black-tie fundraising evening at London’s iconic Guildhall, in partnership with the Lord Mayor’s Appeal. With six high quality boxing bouts, this “London vs New York” showdown features London fighters selected by the renowned Fitzroy Lodge taking on the New York City Fire Dept, with boxing legends, politicians, and industry leaders in attendance.
Funds raised will go towards the Appeal itself, plus firefighter charities and grassroots boxing initiatives. The aim is to help young people avoid gang crime and to learn discipline, respect, and commitment through sport. In a show-stopping finale, Lord Mayor of London, Alderman Alastair King DL, will step into the ring himself for a special exhibition bout against a surprise opponent from New York—an inspiring way to conclude his tenure.
